Job Description
We're automating legal document reviews from 2-3 days to 5 minutes for Denmark's biggest real estate agents and law firms.
The challenge:
Build the AI that understands Danish legal language, extracts property restrictions from 100-year-old scanned documents, and scales to 13 European markets. You'll own the intelligence layer processing millions of kroner in real estate transactions.
What you'll do:
- Lead AI/ML development (NLP, document parsing, entity extraction)
- Scale accuracy from 99% to 99.9%+ across Denmark, Sweden, Norway
- Work directly with CEO on technical strategy
You:
- 3-5+ years ML/AI engineering (NLP/document intelligence preferred)
- Comfortable leading technical decisions independently
- Experience taking AI from MVP to production
- Bias for action over endless planning
Setup:
- Fully remote (Europe timezones preferred)
- Market-fair compensation + meaningful equity (3-4%)
- Report directly to CEO

€17K ARR, €241K pipeline customers include HOME; Hekto Co
