- Support creation of process flows, use cases, and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure clear and actionable requirements.
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business decisions.
- Participate in process improvement and optimization initiatives.
- Maintain project and requirements documentation.
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related internships/projects.
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
