Oracle Cloud IAM Application Support Engineer - Finnish (Remote anywhere from Bulgaria)

What You’ll be Doing

You will receive training and ongoing coaching to succeed in your role. As an Oracle Cloud IAM Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for identity and access management solutions deployed in Oracle Cloud environments. You will ensure that applications running on Kubernetes pods are secure, reliable, and compliant with organizational policies. This role involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing IAM processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance. You also led the design and implementation of Oracle Identity Cloud Service solutions to manage user identities and access across various applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Oracle Cloud IAM Application Support Engineer, you will:

  • Provide functional and technical support for IAM applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance of systems running on Kubernetes.
  • Monitor application performance and stability within Kubernetes environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to resolve technical issues and implement IAM best practices across cloud applications.
  • Manage incidents related to IAM services, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation in line with ITIL processes.
  • Assist in the administration of user identities, roles, and permissions within Oracle Identity Cloud Service, ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and process workflows.



What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in identity and access management or application support, preferably within Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Identity and Access Management Cloud Service and IAM concepts.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python or Bash) for automation.
  • Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • Experience with Kubernetes for deploying and managing applications.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure principles and best practices.
