About the Role

We’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Mobile App Developer who can build both the frontend and backend of our mobile product from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the founder and the product team to architect, develop, and deploy core features while ensuring performance, scalability, and smooth user experience.

As an early engineering member, you will shape the technical foundation of the company — from choosing frameworks to setting coding standards. Your contribution will directly define how the product feels, functions, and grows.

This is a rare opportunity to build, innovate, and own part of a product that is designed to scale.

What You’ll Do

• Develop the complete mobile application — both frontend UI and backend logic
• Build responsive, high-performance mobile interfaces (Android/iOS)
• Architect and implement backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Ensure clean code, reusability, and scalable architecture
• Collaborate closely with designers and product managers
• Maintain databases, authentication systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Handle deployments, versioning, and testing workflows
• Identify technical risks, propose solutions, and improve code quality
• Work with modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 2–10 years of experience in mobile app development (internship/full-time)
• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies
• Proficiency in one or more: React Native / Flutter / Swift / Kotlin
• Backend experience with Node .js, Express, Firebase, or similar stacks
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs
• Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, GCP, or similar)
• Ability to convert Figma/UI designs into functional screens
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimisation skills
• A builder mindset — independent, fast learner, and committed
• Serious dedication — we want passionate early contributors, not casual applicants
