What You’ll Do (Role Purpose)

The Senior Director, Adult & Feminine Care Global Insights, Copilot will serve as a strategic thought partner to the Global Marketing AFC Executive Team and cross-functional leaders across Segment, Innovation, and Commercialization for Kimberly-Clark’s AFC portfolio (Kotex, Depend, Poise), one of the largest strategic focus areas for the company. Reporting to the VP Insights & Analytics, you will lead the development and activation of transformative consumer insights that shape global brand strategy, fuel innovation pipelines, and drive commercial excellence.

This role is a pivotal enterprise connector—translating global strategy into locally resonant execution by embedding consumer understanding into every major business decision. You will lead a high-performing team, with two direct reports, and orchestrate a global network of insights professionals, agency partners, and data providers to amplify impact across markets. Success in this role is defined by:

  • Championing a deep, empathetic understanding of consumers across life stages, uncovering motivations, aspirations, and cultural dynamics that unlock growth.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with compelling narratives and foresight that shape brand relevance and innovation strategy.
  • Evolve the insights function by leveraging emerging methodologies, technology, and agile approaches to uncover and activate new sources of value.
  • Bring a bold point of view on the future of consumer understanding and a passion for driving business growth through insight-led leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading Global Insights for AFC brands, delivering insights to drive strategies across categories and markets, while ensuring alignment of consumer needs and business priorities. Specifically, you will:

  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions through compelling storytelling and data-driven recommendations – success is measured based on impact from decisions
  • Ensure insights are translated into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes across innovation, brand building, and go-to-market plans – insights are actionable and embedded in decision making processes
  • Partner with Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities through deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes – bring independent, unbiased consumer voice
  • Drive the creation and deployment of foundational insights including segmentation, demand spaces, brand equity tracking, and foresight frameworks – insights create a competitive advantage for Kimberly-Clark
  • Lead the design and execution of global research programs, including qualitative, quantitative, and advanced analytics methodologies – understand nuances of methodologies, vendors and country dynamics
  • Build and lead a high-performing global insights team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence - this includes your direct and indirect internal insights partners
  • Lead external agency relationships and ensure best-in-class research capabilities and execution – we aspire to be the preferred partner of our insights agencies

  • Strategic Insights & Analytics Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale insights programs that drive business strategy. Expertise in segmentation, demand space identification, consumer journey mapping, brand tracking, foresight, and innovation research.
  • Commercial Acumen & Business Impact: Strong understanding of business drivers, P&L, and commercial strategy. Ability to connect insights to business outcomes and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire diverse global teams. Skilled in resource allocation, talent development, and navigating matrix organizations.
  • Thought Leadership & Storytelling: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize diverse data sources into compelling narratives that influence business direction. Qualitative & Quantitative Insights integration.
  • Influence & Collaboration: Demonstrates strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across functions and geographies. Adept at translating complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Digital & Advanced Analytics Fluency: Comfortable with digital tools, data platforms, and emerging analytics techniques. Experience integrating traditional research with behavioral, social, and digital data sources.
  • Global Experience & Cultural Fluency: Proven track record of leading insights initiatives across international markets, including US, China, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, and Brazil.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Data Science, or related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in management consulting, insights, marketing, analytics, or strategy roles within the CPG or related industries.
  • Proven success in leading global insights, marketing or growth functions and delivering business impact.
  • Experience working across multiple categories and international markets, with exposure to US, China, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, and Brazil.
  • Experience in feminine care products, feminine health and wellness products and services, or cosmetics/beauty is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and influence across levels and functions.

Salary Range: 215,900 – 279,100 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
