About the Opportunity:
The organization is developing new methods to help companies protect their users and data from hackers globally. The role focuses on employing engineers with both technical excellence and empathy for the developer experience to empower customers in defending against attacks.
Responsibilities:
• Design high-impact marketing materials for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, product one-pagers, landing pages, event swag, packaging, and more with attention to brand and performance goals.
• Develop and maintain brand identity through illustrations, iconography, typography, layouts, and visual systems scalable across all touchpoints.
• Ensure brand consistency and uphold high standards across channels, campaigns, and formats.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to brainstorm creatively, align goals, and incorporate feedback.
• Lead visual planning and research, staying current with design trends, competitor campaigns, and industry best practices.
• Manage the creative process from kickoff to delivery, including quality assurance, platform-specific adaptations, and coordination with external vendors.
• Present work confidently to stakeholders, explain design rationale, and iterate based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of design experience focused on marketing, branding, and storytelling in a high-growth B2B startup.
• Portfolio demonstrating multi-channel campaigns, brand systems, and standout individual pieces; motion-based or interactive work is a plus.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools, with willingness to explore new ones.
• Experience creating and evolving brand identities including typography, color systems, voice-aligned visuals, and character design.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and executives, managing feedback and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong understanding of design for performance, driving engagement, action, and brand recall.
• Experience managing production workflows, working with vendors across print, digital, and packaging, and adapting assets across channels.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to clearly articulate design rationale and advocate for visual quality.
