Position Title: Field Marketing Manager
Location: REMOTE – Burlington, MA-Remote for the right candidate

Pay Range: $55 - $58 /hr on W2.
We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis to support Health & Life Sciences (HLS) marketing campaigns during a maternity leave coverage period. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who excels at campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Execute field marketing campaigns for the Health & Life Sciences vertical
- Coordinate campaign timelines, logistics, and deliverables
- Manage third-party vendors and activations
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reporting
- Create quarterly media briefs aligned with business goals
- Maintain campaign calendars, decks, and project plans
- Collaborate with sales, partners, product marketing, and AR teams
- Support budget tracking and post-campaign reviews
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing or demand generation
- B2B technology marketing experience (HLS preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics
- Experience using CRM systems and marketing technology platforms
- Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments
