Talent Acquisition Manager (Contract) — Engineering | Remote | Start 2 January
3-month contract | Must speak French + English
A fast-growing Series B tech scale-up is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead engineering hiring across the UK and France.
Role Overview
You’ll support hiring across a broad range of engineering roles (backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, DevOps, platform) while partnering closely with senior engineering leaders. This role requires someone who can work independently, drive pace, and deliver a first-class candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle hiring for engineering roles across UK + France
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent
- Partner with hiring managers on prioritisation and decision-making
- Maintain structured, efficient pipelines and clear communication
- Improve process, candidate experience, and interview quality
What You Must Bring
- Fluent French + English — essential
- Proven experience hiring software engineers
- Background as an internal TA Manager / Talent Partner OR on-site embedded/RPO recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management with engineering teams
- Ability to deliver quickly in a scale-up environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working fully remote
