Lead DevOps Engineer required for a high-growth climate tech start-up. This is a fully remote role, with optional access to offices in London and Cambridge. You’ll take ownership of cloud infrastructure and DevOps strategy, helping scale a platform that delivers real-world climate impact.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure as we scale
• Design, build, and maintain secure, resilient CI/CD pipelines
• Lead DevOps strategy across reliability, observability, and cost optimisation
• Partner closely with product and engineering to ship faster and safer
• Mentor engineers and help set best-practice standards

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Kubernetes, containers, and modern CI/CD tooling
• A pragmatic mindset and passion for clean, reliable systems
