- Lead Client Relationships: Be the primary SEO contact for clients, confidently explaining strategies, tactics, and progress during meetings. Build strong relationships through regular updates, transparent reporting, and a client-focused approach.
- Develop Winning Strategies: Craft tailored SEO strategies aligned with client goals, whether it’s driving organic traffic, improving rankings, or increasing conversions. Use data-driven insights to adapt and refine approaches for optimal outcomes.
- Optimize for Success: Perform SEO audits, analyze performance data, and implement changes to boost results. Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and others. Bonus: HTML knowledge to dive deeper into optimization!
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with our PPC, social, and creative teams to integrate SEO best practices into broader digital marketing strategies. Your expertise will elevate team performance and drive unified client success.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of SEO experience with a proven record of managing and optimizing successful campaigns. Agency experience is a big plus!
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with deep knowledge of best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills to explain SEO concepts and strategies in a client-friendly manner.
- Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple client accounts effectively.
- A collaborative team player eager to share knowledge and contribute to a cross-functional approach.
- Experience with client reporting, performance updates, and presenting results in a clear and impactful way.
