Co-Founder & Technical Partner (Marketing, AI QA & Logic, Developer Tracks)

We are rounding out the founding team for Synaptic Spike Venture Studio and looking for three key partners to join us on a sweat-equity basis as we finalize investor-readiness for a seed round in Spring 2026. 

You will be an owner, not an employee. Your responsibilities and contributions will focus on the company's flagship product, TwinWise AI (B2C + B2B) and accompanying SaaS backend products.

As part of the Synaptic Spike Venture Studio, we challenge conventional AI development, owning our innovation by using the very tools we create. Currently in a closed private beta, TwinWise is building a groundbreaking platform that empowers individuals to own and utilize their AI twin for enhanced creativity and decision-making.

Role Description

We are seeking passionate and talented Co-Founders & Technical Partners to join us in this transformative journey. We are hiring for 3 distinct tracks within this single posting:

1. Co-Founder (Marketing Track) — Senior Level

• Immediate Focus (Brand & Identity): Define the Founder's brand identity and the Company's brand image. You will own the creation of marketing assets (video/images) and manage social media content strategy.
• Mid-Term (Presence & Voice): Develop the company voice, style guides, and branded documentation/slides. You will also architect our conference presence plan.
• Long-Term (Growth): Transition into leading full-scale marketing campaigns, customer acquisition strategies, and B2B partnerships.
• Requirement: Prior experience as a Marketing Lead or Head of Marketing is a strong plus.

2. Technical Partner (AI QA & Logic Track) — Mid-Level

• AI Behavioral Testing: Design and execute testing protocols for "AI Logic," specifically validating prompt outputs and the cognitive behavioral consistency of the TwinWise AI.
• Prompt Engineering QA: collaborate with the engineering team to stress-test prompts, identifying hallucinations or logic breaks before they reach the user.
• Standard QA: Own the end-to-end quality standards for the SaaS backend, ensuring a bug-free experience for our demos and MVP launch.
• Requirement: Direct professional experience in QA Engineering, Prompt Engineering and/or Automated Testing is required.

3. Associate Technical Partner (Developer Track) — Associate Level

• Backend & Fullstack Focus: Write, test, and ship high-quality code with a focus on Backend and Fullstack architecture (Javascript/Typescript, Go).
• AI-Native Workflow: Actively use generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate the development lifecycle.
• Validation: Apply strong engineering fundamentals to validate, debug, and refactor AI-generated code to ensure correctness and maintainability.
• Requirement: Strong proficiency in Go and JS/TS is required.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to AI Engineering or Context Engineering (RAG, context window optimization) is a significant plus.

From Product to Platform Synaptic Spike Venture Studio (formed mid-2025) is a 100% remote, core team of 7 turning isolated products into scalable platforms. We are currently self-funded and finalizing a small internal round as we transition to full-time operations.
