- Develops, tests, and implements various customer communication workflows using the Quadient Inspire Platform.
- Implement APIs based on architecture frameworks and guidelines ensuring it's secure and scalable to meet performance standards
- Assists in resolving internal/external inquiries related to input/output requirements, intended usage, strategic planning, and alignment with internal checks, controls, and quality assurance.
Years of Experience: 5+ years
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ with bachelor's degree
- MS is a plus
- Quadient Inspire Platform: Designer, Scalar, Content Manager, Automation, Interactive, Approve Workflow
- API Technologies: experience with REST, SOAP, and other API protocols
- Programming Languages: proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Shell Scripting, JAVA
- Databases: SQL
- Version Control: GitHub
- Experience with CCM (Customer Communications Management) Platforms:
- Precisely EngageOne Platform (Desirable)
- Will the candidate require sponsorship upon FTE conversion with the client?
