About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Backoffice HR & Executive Support professional to join our growing team in Dubai. This role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across Human Resources and executive functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination.

You will play a key role in supporting HR administration, managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and assisting senior leadership with executive and office support tasks. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and is keen to contribute to the efficiency, compliance, and overall effectiveness of a dynamic consultancy.

HR & People Operations Support

  • Manage and support UK and UAE HR processes for full-time employees across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, for UK and UAE employees.
  • Coordinate visa processing and sponsorship for UK & UAE-based employees in collaboration with external providers.
  • Partner with the recruitment team on job postings, defining role requirements, and interview coordination.
  • Support compensation, benefits, payroll inputs, and leave management for UK and UAE employees.
  • Support performance management cycles, HR documentation, and employee records.
  • Assist with training and development, employee recognition programmes, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR policies and processes, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and support ad-hoc people-related projects.

Executive Assistant & Business Support

  • Provide dedicated Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination across time zones.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage expenses and support administrative follow-ups.
  • Assist with internal events, team meetings, and global offsites.
  • Support ad-hoc operational and administrative projects as required.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-6 years’ experience in an HR administration, People Operations, Executive Assistant, or similar Backoffice support role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ideally within professional services or consulting environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HR systems is a plus.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to UK and/or UAE employment practices, payroll processes, and visa coordination is an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
