Job Description


The Opportunity

We’re partnered with an innovative SaaS business who are looking for a Product Manager who excels at blending user experience, technical understanding and commercial awareness.


This role offers the chance to shape mission-critical functionality used by companies all around the world to help them operate more efficiently and compete in an increasingly digital landscape.


The Role

As Product Manager, you will take ownership of a key product area focused on system integrations and customer onboarding journeys. Your work will ensure seamless connectivity between the core platform and multiple external distribution channels, while also optimising how new clients are introduced to and activated on the system.


You will sit at the heart of the product function, working closely with engineering, design, commercial and customer-facing teams to translate business needs and customer insight into scalable, high-performing solutions.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys seeing their product decisions move quickly from concept to live deployment and deliver measurable value to end users.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product discovery and delivery for initiatives relating to system integration, activation and customer enablement
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories and functional requirements
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog using data, user insight and commercial impact as guiding factors
  • Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle
  • Gather and interpret customer feedback to inform ongoing optimisation and iteration
  • Conduct UAT, analyse performance metrics and monitor success against defined KPIs
  • Carry out competitor analysis and market research to support longer-term roadmap planning
  • Facilitate collaboration across product, engineering, customer success and commercial teams


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner or Product-focused Business Analyst role
  • Background within SaaS, platform-based or technology-driven environments
  • Strong grasp of agile product delivery and modern development practices
  • Proven ability to simplify complex user journeys and technical processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and naturally solution-focused
  • Experience with data analysis tools, SQL or prototyping software is advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high levels of autonomy
