We - GreenTomatoMedia, are a global, mostly remote team with a small base in Thailand, 150+ people from 40+ countries who love building and scaling cool digital products. We live and breathe organic growth. Our crew is some of the best in ASO, Google, YouTube, and LLM SEO.

We run two main adventures:

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our fully remote, international team. This key role will partner directly with our leadership to build a high-performance culture and scale our people strategy globally. πŸš€

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support

  • Build strong and supportive relationships with Managers and internal teams to develop creative, people-first solutions supporting cross-collaboration and business growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and execution practices on the team's structure, talent and performance development, compensation equity, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to define team needs, analyze and assess team development requirements, actively join talent search, and drive targeted learning and development solutions.


Employee Life Cycle & Process Optimization

  • Drive process optimization for the GTM's employee experience, overseeing the full employment life cycle (onboarding, performance reviews, organizational changes, offboarding, etc.).
  • Lead employee relations and guide on complex HR issues, ensuring alignment with GTM’s values: Passion, Curiosity, Honesty, Action, and High Performance.
  • Maintain and optimize core HR processes within BambooHR and other systems, ensuring accurate data and a smooth employee experience.


Who We’re Looking For

You're a strategic operator who understands that performance and culture are two sides of the same coin. You don't manage compliance; you coach leaders to manage people.


Must-Have

  • 5+ years of high-impact HR experience (HRBP/Senior HR Partner) in fast-growing, performance-driven digital or tech companies.
  • Proven expertise in coaching Directors and Managers on maximizing team output, performance management, and organizational structure.
  • Deep, practical experience driving goal-setting and evaluation processes to deliver measurable business results.
  • Experience thriving in a remote-first, high-autonomy international environment.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and hold leaders accountable to the company standard and commitments.
  • Experience with advanced goal frameworks (like OKRs) or similar high-performance methodologies.

Nice-to-Have

  • A track record of streamlining HR processes to be faster and less bureaucratic.
  • Familiarity with the BambooHR ecosystem.
