Cloud Operations Engineer (AWS/GCP)

For our customer, a leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, we are seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer with French to join our international team and support critical business applications.

Project information:

• Location: Katowice, Poland (hybrid model of work)
• Type of employment: Employment contract
• Project language: French and English
• Contract type: Permanent

Your tasks:

• Operating and supporting production workloads on AWS or GCP
• Monitoring performance, availability, and cost, and improving all three
• Automating infrastructure and operational tasks using IaC and scripting
• Responding to incidents, doing root-cause analysis, and preventing repeats
• Partnering with Dev, Security, and Architecture teams to design resilient systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience operating workloads in AWS or GCP
• Strong understanding of AWS or GCP core services and networking concepts
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
• Proficiency with Linux system administration
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
