Job Description


Our client is looking for a UX Designer to join their team in this fully remote year long contract position. This is a fulltime contract working 35-40 hours/weekly during regular business hours, from early January 2026 to end of December 2026.


Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a UX Designer with strong skills in Figma and motion design to support ongoing product and design initiatives. In this embedded role, you’ll work as an integrated member of the team—with access to company tools and systems- helping to enhance the design system, expand Figma libraries, and develop motion and animation frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to evolve and maintain the design system and Figma library.
  • Lead motion design systems, including animations and interactive elements.
  • Produce high-quality UX deliverables—wireframes, prototypes, and motion assets.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources for efficient delivery.
  • Align with stakeholders on design priorities and goals.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant UX design experience
  • Advanced Figma skills for UX/UI and design system work.
  • Experienced in motion, animation, and interactive design.
  • Knowledge of Sitecore; Experience Manager not required.
  • Skilled in maintaining and contributing to design systems and libraries.
  • Strong collaborator with clear, effective design communication.
