Test Engineer (based in KL)

Our engineering team in Malaysia is expanding, with the role currently located in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in performance testing and automated testing. Additionally, they should be comfortable collaborating closely with product and design teams across various regions within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in business requirements and iteration testing, including functional testing, performance testing, interface testing, unit testing, etc.;
• Develop test plans, design test cases, execute tests, write test reports, etc;
• Discover, report and track BUGs to ensure that all problems during the testing process are resolved;
• Promote problem solving through effective communication and proactive collaboration, and have the ability to finish the job in one shot;
• Continuously learn business knowledge and industry-leading testing technologies and concepts to help the team improve R&D quality and efficiency;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, computer or other computer-related majors;
• 1-2 years of software testing or test development experience;
• High proficiency with at least one programming language such as Java/Python/Go/Php;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin;
• Business writing in Mandarin is a must;
• Familiar with Linux or Unix operating system;
• Prior experience or strong interest in digital currency and the blockchain industry is advantageous.
