What You Will Be Doing

• Design and sustain AI-driven test automation frameworks that produce test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation processes
• Apply GenAI technologies to evaluate testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement
• Model user interactions, load conditions, and boundary scenarios to detect potential failures before they reach end users

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code initially and subsequently apply AI tools for verification or refinement, rather than starting with AI, this role is not appropriate for you)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in QA automation
• Demonstrated proficiency with Selenium and at least one of these programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
• Hands-on professional experience applying AI tools to automate quality assurance processes
• Working knowledge of CI/CD systems, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
