Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Belgium, Sweden, and Poland to deliver high-quality products
- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices
- Implement integrations with various databases and messaging systems
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Actively participate in agile processes (Safe/Scrum/ADO), contributing to planning, refinement, and retrospective meetings
- Continuously improve your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends
- Experience: Working experience in full-stack software development
- Databases: Proficient in Oracle
- Development Platforms: Experience with Java, Azure Cloud, and OpenShift
- Frameworks: Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, and WebFlux
- Messaging: Familiarity with MQ and Kafka
- Front-End: Experience with Angular
- Agile Processes: Understanding of Safe, Scrum, and ADO methodologies
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
- Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is a significant advantage
- Bonus: Experience in the manufacturing sector
