- React/React Native Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in React or React Native.
- App Development: At least 1 year of professional experience in app development.
- Education: A degree in computer science or relevant training is a plus but not required.
- Skills: High level of quality awareness, structured working style, good communication skills, and strong team spirit.
- Leadership: Ideally, previous experience in taking on personnel responsibility.
- German C1 and English B2
- Frontend Development: Plan and take responsibility for frontend development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other frontend developers.
- Coding: Translate functional requirements into efficient, maintainable, tested, and scalable code.
- UI/UX Design: Participate in the design and development of UI and UX scenarios.
- Coordination: Coordinate activities within the self-organized, agile project team and with other disciplines.
- Innovation: Drive and professionalize technical structures in apps/web apps independently.
