AI-Driven Compliance Assurance Specialist

This is an opportunity to transform your professional judgment into systems that scale, while letting automation handle the repetitive work.

IgniteTech is developing the first compliance engine built AI-first for enterprise software. This platform is a dynamic system in which generative AI produces audit-ready certification evidence, proposes risk treatment strategies, and resolves 80% of customer security inquiries without human intervention. Your responsibility is to manage the critical 20%. Refine the system, teach it, and intervene when expert judgment is essential. We are not attempting to eliminate human expertise with AI. We are amplifying one expert to do the work of ten.

This is not a compliance analyst position with an elevated title. You will not be tracking down approvals or reformatting policy documents. You will be overseeing the integrity of an autonomous compliance platform, identifying where the AI requires guidance, verifying outputs against auditor standards, and acting when customer confidence depends on it. The system's evolution will reflect your corrections, your logic, and your calibrations.

You will collaborate with our AI engineering team, compliance strategists, and product operations leaders, positioned directly at the convergence of security knowledge and generative AI advancement. What You Will Be Doing

• Certification Audit Packages: Curated collections of verified evidence and documentation to uphold PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications.
• Customer Security Responses: Customized answers to sophisticated security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance demands.
• Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans initiated by regulatory or organizational shifts.
• AI System Tuning Memos: Adjustments to AI system operations (e.g., training datasets, guardrails, escalation protocols) that enhance performance or compliance precision.

• Maintain enterprise-grade compliance assurance via AI-enhanced certification oversight and customer trust development.
  
  

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing or leading certification audits
• Experience overseeing each of the following audits from start to finish: SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
• Proven experience evaluating and addressing sophisticated customer security questionnaires
• Competence utilizing GenAI tools to assess, produce, and modify compliance artifacts

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
