Lead Innovation in Workstation Solutions – Join Lenovo as Solutions Verticals Director!

Lenovo’s Workstations deliver high-performance ThinkStation and ThinkPad solutions for professionals in engineering, media, healthcare, and beyond. We prioritize reliability, innovation, and advanced technologies like AI and VR to power demanding workflows. As Solutions Verticals Director, you’ll drive the development and execution of workstation solutions and go-to-market strategies across key verticals. This role leads cross-functional collaboration to align offerings with customer needs and market trends, combining strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the vertical strategy to accelerate growth in key industries.
  • Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable solution roadmaps.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to design, position, and deliver industry-specific workstation solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet customer requirements and differentiate us in the marketplace.
  • Lead development of vertical-specific positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and launch materials.
  • Partner with Sales to drive adoption and revenue growth within targeted industries.
  • Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for workstation vertical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs to measure solution performance, adoption, and market penetration.
  • Continuously optimize vertical strategies through data-driven analysis and customer feedback.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in PC solutions development, vertical marketing, or industry strategy roles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with technology-driven solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position will be working onsite in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Our in-office policy has adopted a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days/week. Candidates that are not already local to Raleigh, NC must be open to relocation.
