Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

• Design and build secure, high performance applications
• Lead and mentor junior developers
• Conduct code reviews
• Support security and compliance
• Maintain documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, testers, architects, and stakeholders)

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing secure, high-performance enterprise solutions
• 3+ years of experience building J2EE applications using Java (Spring MVC, Spring Boot)
• 3+ years of experience with unit/integration testing, conducting code reviews, performing database management, and using DevOps tools including CI/CD pipeline automation, Jenkins, SonarQube, and GitHub
• 1+ years of experience using front-end technologies including JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5 to design and integrate RESTful APIs
• Must be able to work on site 80-100% of the time in Carson City, NV
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  
  

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience working in the State or Local sub-sector of the Government and Public Services industry
• 1+ years of experience leading junior developers
• 1+ years of experience with program modernization projects
• 1+ years of experience with Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash)
  
  

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $179,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
