You and Your Role
You build the foundation for Verisoul to scale.
You guarantee uptime, optimize costs, and make the developer experience seamless.
You own infrastructure, reliability, and security as we scale from early traction to massive volume.
What You’ll Do
- Scale the platform. Take Verisoul from ~10K RPS to 1M+ RPS.
- Lead SRE. Maintain system health, automate incident response, and ensure uptime at scale.
- Automate deployments. Own CI/CD pipelines to make releases fast, safe, and reliable.
- Manage cloud infrastructure. Own GCP and GKE, driving performance while controlling costs.
- Own security. Manage security architecture, hardening, and compliance workflows.
- Build internal tooling. Create dashboards, alerts, and monitoring for real-time system insight.

Who You’ll Work With
- Engineering & Product: To improve release velocity and system reliability.
- Founders: To align infrastructure decisions with company priorities and growth.
Tech Stack
GKE, GCP, Spanner, StarRocks, Redis, Go, Python, TypeScript.
Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 + Equity Grant
- Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000
- Bonus: $20,000 – $50,000 (tied to reliability and cost savings)
- Equity: 0.2% – 0.4% with 4-year vesting
- Benefits: 401k match (4%)
