Job Description

Join our team as a passionate Senior Artist to lead and innovate within our Games Portfolio! We’re on the hunt for a creative visionary who can define and maintain the visual direction and quality of our game products.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with designers and the game team to set and uphold the visual direction, consistency, and quality of game products.
• Create concepts, mood boards, and assets for games; prepare assets for animators and developers.
• Contribute art assets to projects where appropriate.
• Coordinate with game producers and developers to ensure timely delivery of art assets.
• Schedule resources and track art asset organization.
• Build team and partner confidence through inspiring communication.
• Continuously improve work methods and pipelines.
• Share knowledge and recommend best practices.
• Ensure integrated assets align with the game's artistic vision and quality standards.
  
  

Who You Are:

• Experienced in all areas of game art, including backgrounds, characters, game objects, UI, animation, and particle effects.
• Strong illustration, 2D, or 3D art skills.
• Proficient in Photoshop.
• Knowledgeable in Stable Diffusion.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a 2D artist in i-gaming.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of translating and communicating feedback.
• Experienced in team leadership and management.
• Understands slot aesthetics.

Eligibility:
