We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand Product Manager (Relocation to Spain, Valencia) who will lead regulatory strategy and product compliance across multiple casino brands. This role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, hands-on experience with regulated markets, and strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams toward successful product delivery.


✅ Responsibilities:

  • Drive regulatory compliance strategy for multiple casino brands across various jurisdictions:
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, legal, marketing and engineering teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements without compromising user experience:
  • Lead and mentor multiple teams involved in regulated market operations and product adaptation:
  • Oversee product changes required for new market entries and ongoing compliance in existing markets:
  • Work with designers on UI/UX adjustments required by regulations, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and compliance:
  • Analyze iGaming metrics to evaluate product performance, identify risks, and optimize user experience within regulatory boundaries:
  • Stay up to date with global regulatory trends and adapt product strategies accordingly:
  • Support launches of native mobile apps, ensuring alignment with market-specific rules (App Store/Google Play guidelines, compliance flows, responsible gaming features).


✅Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the iGaming industry (casino focus, not game development).
  • Strong knowledge of regulated markets and hands-on experience launching or maintaining products under different regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with designers on UI/UX changes driven by compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience managing multiple teams or large cross-functional groups.
  • Solid understanding of iGaming KPIs and metrics (GGR, NGR, retention, conversion, ARPU, etc.).
  • Experience working with native apps (iOS/Android) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business needs and regulatory constraints.
