🚀 Your mission as the Junior BI Analyst!

You will be responsible for assisting with the analysis and interpretation of data to support business decision-making. This role involves collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets, creating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

You will be working on:

• CSGORoll: the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform targeted towards CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.
  
  
  

What you’ll be doing:

• Collect data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other internal systems.
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Use statistical techniques to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
• Assist in the development of predictive models and algorithms.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with other team members, including senior analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates on data analysis projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  
  
  

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field (internships and coursework projects considered).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  
  
  

It will be a plus if you have:

• Existing portfolio of previous work
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with big data tools and technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and applications.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
