Information Technology Manager

Location: Nationwide (Preference for Central Time Zone)

Employment Type: Full-time | Fully Remote role - some travel req.


We are seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead our internal IT department. This is a dynamic leadership role focused on end-user support, infrastructure reliability, and cybersecurity initiatives. This is a LEADERSHIP HEAVY role (95%+). PM backgrounds are a huge plus. Must have background in these technical skills: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud; networking and cloud fundamentals; SD-WAN/SASE a plus


What You’ll Do

  • Drive IT operational strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering growth and development
  • Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service desk operations
  • Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets
  • Implement security frameworks (CIS-18, NIST) and disaster recovery plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with organizational needs


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 10+ years in IT roles, 2+ years in leadership
  • Technical Skills: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud; networking and cloud fundamentals; SD-WAN/SASE a plus
  • Certifications: CompTIA, ITIL, PMP, Agile/Kanban experience preferred
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $127,000–$147,000 (commensurate with experience)
