The Role We are looking for our key engineering hire. You aren't just a coder; you are a builder. You will take ownership of a sophisticated Next.js codebase and lead the implementation of AI agent workflows, complex third-party integrations (WhatsApp), and a seamless user onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• AI Develop and refine Multi-Agent systems using our framework to handle complex customer queries.
• Messaging Architecture: Manage and optimize integrations with the API (WhatsApp) and ensure webhook reliability.
• UX Engineering: Build high-fidelity UI components for our Onboarding Wizard and Agent Dashboard.
• Design, develop, and refine multi-agent AI systems capable of handling complex, real-world business conversations using LLMs and internal data.
• Own and scale the WhatsApp messaging architecture, ensuring high reliability through robust webhook design (retries, idempotency, monitoring).
• Take ownership of core SaaS systems, including Stripe billing
• Prisma/PostgreSQL schema, and Next.js Server Actions.
• Build production-grade UI components for onboarding flows and AI agent dashboards, with strong focus on usability for non-technical users.
• Strengthen platform reliability through E2E testing, monitoring, and performance optimization to support high message volumes at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strong Next.js experience (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, or custom agent frameworks).
• Solid backend experience using Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL.
• Next.js Expert: 3+ years of experience with the App Router, Server Components, and Server Actions.
• TypeScript Mastery: Clean, type-safe code is a requirement.
• Backend & DB: Proficient with Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL.
• Integrations of Webhook architecture and REST APIs (specifically WhatsApp Business API or API).
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API or large-scale messaging platforms.
• Experience building AI agents, workflows, or orchestration layers.
