💰 Salary on offer - Dh40,000-45,000 p/m 💰

Searchability MENA is partnered with a rapidly expanding scale-up that is looking for a Technical Lead to design and deliver next-generation GreenTech / IoT products from the ground up.

This is a hands-on Leadership role with the expectation to code when needed, where you will build and scale the business's software to create scalable, resilient solutions - ensuring high-quality delivery, strong coding standards, and predictable releases.

👀 Here's what they're looking for: 👀

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering with Python (and ideally Django).
• 2+ years in Leadership of technical teams.
• Strong backend foundation and production-scale experience.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, observability, and incident handling.
• Experience with Cloud (ideally GCP) and Kubernetes.

Nice to have:

• Energy, EV charging, trading or grid markets knowledge.
• Kafka/streaming, time-series databases, edge computing experience.
• Experience building VPP/DERMS/EMS platforms.
• Domain knowledge: GTFS, fleet operations, mobility platforms.
