Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for building the intelligence layer of the platform, turning phone conversations into actionable data that improves revenue, scripts, and operator performance.

What You’ll Do

• Implement speech-to-text pipelines for all phone calls
• Analyze conversations for tone, keywords, objections, timing, and closing moments
• Build automatic call scoring and benchmarking systems
• Identify patterns between successful and failed calls
• Create feedback loops to optimize scripts and operator behavior
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to ship AI-driven features
