Senior C++ Developer - E-Trading
On-site, Prague (relocation available for candidates within Europe)
A leading global investment firm is expanding its electronic trading and market data technology capability as part of a continued investment in high-performance platforms. The organisation operates at scale across global markets and is focused on building resilient, low-latency systems that support mission-critical trading and data workflows.
In this role, as a Low-latency C++ Senior Developer, you will design, build, and optimise high-performance software used in real-time market data and trading environments. The role involves developing scalable, low-latency C++ systems, collaborating closely with global engineering and product teams, and contributing to technical direction, code quality, and platform resilience.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- 4+ years of professional C++ development experience, ideally within low-latency or high-performance systems.
- Strong expertise in multi-threading, concurrency, performance tuning, and optimisation techniques.
- Exposure to financial markets, trading systems, or market data protocols (e.g. FIX, ITCH, FAST) is highly desirable.
This role is based in Prague, relocation package is available to candidates with EU right-to-work status.
