Requirements
- Infrastructure:
- Network cable patching and tracing.
- Racking and mounting infra (switches, servers etc.)
- Scanners:
- Connection to Wi-Fi. Troubleshoot / assist with connection to RFSmart & SAP.
- Set up, Configure & troubleshoot Android tablets.
- Set up, Configure & troubleshoot mobile printers
- Printing:
- Printer connectivity (IP addressing, Wi-Fi / LAN connection).
- Label, paper, ribbon refresh & maintenance
- Desktop:
- Re-image.Connect to Wi-Fi / LAN.
- File Access to shared drives. Printing from Laptops and Desktops.
- General experience with SAP to assist the users in navigating and getting familiar with the user interface.
- Audio Visual:
- Set up and configure Crestron / Poly meeting rooms.
- Troubleshoot Video Conference connections.
- General:
- Update incident and change requests in ServiceNow.
- Record and update changes in Assets in Asset Tracker
