Senior Business Analyst – Contract-to-Hire (Remote, Mexico)

Are you a data-savvy professional with a strong business or finance background? Join us as a Senior Business Analyst, where you’ll partner with stakeholders to drive analytics initiatives, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure solutions deliver real impact.

This is a 3-month contract-to-hire role, fully remote in Mexico.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with business stakeholders to define objectives, processes, and data needs
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization for analytics projects
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with Qlik developers and technical teams to deliver accurate, user-friendly dashboards and reports
• Support user acceptance testing and drive adoption of analytics solutions
• Identify opportunities for improved insights, reporting, and business processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners throughout the analytics lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in data, analytics, or reporting
• Strong project ownership and ability to drive initiatives to completion
• Hands-on experience with Qlik (dashboards, reporting, or requirement definition)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable translating complex business needs into actionable solutions in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Finance, operations, or business analytics background
• Exposure to data platforms like Snowflake
• Experience collaborating with BI developers or data engineers
• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
