📝 About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models to join our AI team.

This role focuses on building and deploying production ML systems where LLMs and GenAI components are a core part of the solution, not add-ons.

You will work closely with AI engineers to ship scalable, reliable AI systems into real products.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning systems with a strong focus on GenAI and LLM-based components.
• Own ML pipelines from experimentation to production deployment.
• Integrate LLM-powered modules into scalable ML services and APIs.
• Design and maintain retrieval and embedding pipelines.
• Optimize ML and AI systems for reliability, performance, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI features.
• Continuously improve ML workflows and system architecture.

🎓Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid experience as a Machine Learning Engineer in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI systems.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases.
• Experience deploying ML systems using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring).

🤖AI & ML Experience

• Applied experience in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agent-based systems.
• Exposure to MLOps and ML monitoring tools.
• Experience with multilingual or Arabic AI systems.
• Knowledge of model optimization and inference tuning.
