Job Description


Location: Remote (Philippines)

Work Schedule: Part-Time (4–6 hours/day), US Business Hours (EST/CST/PST)

Days: Monday–Friday (May include occasional weekend shifts)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Pay: $7.00 USD per hour + Performance Bonuses


About the Role


We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and proactive Onboarding & Recruitment Specialist to help grow our fleet of student movers across the US. You will be the first point of contact for college students looking for flexible, high-paying work. Your goal is to move candidates through the pipeline quickly—from their initial application to their first completed move.


What You’ll Do:

  • High-Volume Sourcing: Post ads on platforms like Indeed, student job boards, campus social media, and local marketplaces.
  • Vetting & Screening: Review applications to ensure candidates meet physical requirements, vehicle needs, and background check standards.
  • Contract Management: Guide movers through the 1099 onboarding process, ensuring all digital paperwork and tax forms are signed.
  • Training Coordination: Walk new movers through our app, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active database to ensure coverage for peak moving seasons (weekends and summer).


What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent English: Strong verbal and written skills to build rapport with US college students.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and apps like Slack or WhatsApp.
  • The "Hustle" Mentality: Fast-paced recruitment requires quick responses to keep talent engaged.
  • Detail Oriented: High accuracy regarding compliance, insurance, and background checks.
  • Experience: Previous US recruitment or gig-economy experience is a major plus.
