You’re a fit if you…

THE ROLE

We’re partnering with an Australian fashion brand in their search for a Social Media Manager who can elevate and define how the brand shows up across all social platforms. This is a global role with a strong AU presence, leading strategy, storytelling and team development across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube.

This role suits someone with deep experience across fashion, beauty or lifestyle - someone who understands brand at a tone, visual and community level, and knows how to translate that into high-performing, culturally relevant content. You’ll guide a talented social team, partner closely with PR, Creative, Marketing and US counterparts, and take the brand into its next era of social leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global social media strategy with a strong AU content lens.
  • Elevate storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Develop platform-native content that drives engagement, community growth and recognisable brand identity.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Brand, PR, Merch and Digital to support seasonal campaigns, UGC, activations and cross-functional projects.
  • Strengthen the content engine - ensuring hooks, trends, creator partnerships and UGC align to brand and performance goals.
  • Analyse performance data to guide content decisions, improve output and coach the team.
  • Support both AU and US content pipelines, ensuring cohesion while tailoring to regional audiences.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing social team.
  • Encourage creative risk-taking, elevate craft and bring fresh thinking to the brand.
  • Confidently step in front of camera when needed and inspire staff to do the same.
