Junior Graphic Designer for E-Learning Team

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong interest in layout, structure, and information-driven design to join our growing eLearning team.

This role is ideal for an early-career designer who enjoys working on presentations, educational content, and training materials, and who is excited to grow their skills in eLearning and instructional design over time.

This is a remote role with occasional in-person working days for collaboration.

What you’ll work on

• Designing clean, well-structured layouts for presentations and eLearning screens
• Applying visual hierarchy and typography to content-heavy material
• Supporting the design of training and educational visuals
• Preparing design files that will be developed into interactive learning modules

What we’re looking for

• A solid foundation in layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Interest in presentation design, editorial design, or educational content
• Comfort working with structured, text-heavy material
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team

Growth & learning

• Interest in learning Articulate Storyline and applying designs inside an eLearning authoring tool
• No prior Storyline experience required — curiosity and motivation matter more than tools
• Opportunity to transition from static layouts into interactive learning design
