Marketing Coordinator for fast growing RIA
👉 100% Remote / WFH 👈
We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to work directly with leadership to expand upon, execute, and, take ownership of our marketing initiatives. This role is highly hands-on, with ownership of social media content (including heavy editing / post-production work), webinars, lead-generation systems, and performance tracking.
This is not a strategy-only or vendor-management role. This position is execution-focused and requires direct, hands-on involvement in content editing, campaign execution, presentation creation, guest coordination, lead-generation systems, and performance tracking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CONTENT & PRODUCTION
• Own and maintain the master content calendar across all platforms
• Personally edit and produce podcasts, YouTube videos, and short-form social content
• Repurpose media appearances, conferences, interviews, and press into ongoing content
• Schedule and manage social media publishing
LEAD GENERATION & DRIP MARKETING
• Build, run, and optimize lead-generation systems and funnels
• Execute drip marketing, email campaigns, and automated follow-up workflows
• Experience with Salesforce / MailChimp integration critical.
WEBINARS & GUEST MANAGEMENT
• Create professional PowerPoint decks for a robust webinar schedule
• Coordinate webinar registration, execution, and follow-up
• Engage with, schedule, and manage guests for webinars and podcasts
TRACKING, ANALYTICS & REPORTING
• Design and maintain tracking systems for marketing performance
• Track ROI, lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
• Ensure proper attribution across content, campaigns, webinars, and media
• Prepare clear reporting for leadership on performance and outcomes
• Continuously refine campaigns based on data and results
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, content editing, and lead-generation roles within a wealth management firm (ideally an RIA)
• Strong hands-on audio/video editing experience
• Experience building and executing lead-generation and drip systems
• Experience setting up marketing tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Comfortable creating PowerPoint presentations for live webinars
• Highly organized, execution-focused, and accountable
