Key Responsibilities
• Translate business, product, and marketing requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Own project planning, execution, and delivery across web and mobile platforms. Predictable, on-time delivery of technical initiatives.
• Clear alignment between business goals and engineering execution. Drive alignment between development, product, and marketing on scope, priorities, and timelines
• Ensure full visibility and traceability from business objectives to technical tasks
• Track delivery against KPIs, milestones, and acquisition-related goals
• Control the developer’s time sheets and overall cost per task/feature/service
• Coordinate testing, releases, and post-launch reviews.
Whom we are looking for >
Must-have’s:
• 3+ years as a Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Manager
• Proven experience delivering web and mobile applications in Agile environments
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation:
User stories & acceptance criteria
Functional & non-functional requirements
Release plans & dependency maps
• Solid technical literacy across frontend & backend frameworks: .NET, Java, Kotlin, Swift, API interfaces.
• Strong ability to manage complex dependencies and multiple workstreams
• High ownership, accountability, and ability to operate with minimal oversight
Nice-to-have’s:
• Business Analysis educational background or working knowledge
• Experience working with growth, marketing, and acquisition-driven roadmaps
• Strong practical understanding of software development lifecycles
• Experience with subscription-based platforms, fintech, loyalty, payments, or billing systems
• Experience coordinating releases involving user data, payments, or compliance-sensitive features.
