Role Overview

As a LangChain Developer, you will:

• Build LLM-Powered Apps: Design and implement intelligent applications using LangChain’s modular tools and chains.
• Orchestrate Smart Workflows: Develop RAG pipelines, agents, and multi-step flows that interact with APIs, tools, and databases.
• Deploy Scalable Systems: Integrate your workflows into web apps, APIs, or serverless environments for real-world usage.

What You’ll Do

LangChain-Based Development:

• Use LangChain to build applications that connect LLMs with tools, documents, APIs, and memory.
• Set up custom chains, agents, tools, and output parsers to power interactive and structured experiences.
• Implement RAG systems with vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant).

Integration & Optimization:

• Connect LangChain pipelines with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and open-source models.
• Tune prompts, manage latency, and ensure reliable agent behavior in production.
• Deploy LLM workflows as APIs, web apps, or Slack bots using FastAPI, Flask, or similar.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years in software development or AI, with hands-on LangChain experience.
• Languages: Strong in Python (required); familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• LLMs & APIs: Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models like LLaMA, Mistral, etc.
• Vector Databases: Familiarity with Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant, or similar tools.
• Bonus: Experience with document loaders, chunking strategies, embedding tuning, and agent frameworks like AutoGen or CrewAI.
