We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to shape end-to-end product experiences by combining strong UX thinking with polished UI execution. This role is ideal for designers who enjoy solving real user problems and working closely with product and engineering teams in a remote-first environment.

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery
• Conduct user research, testing, and validation
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive product experiences
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards
• Use data and feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Advocate for user-centered design across the organisation

• 3–5 years of experience in product, UX/UI, or digital design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Experience working in agile or product-led environments
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
• Familiarity with accessibility and usability best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
