Position Description

The Principal/Senior Principal MMIC Design Engineer position supports Northrop Grumman’s Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) product development. You will be joining a design team generating products for commercial markets using Northrop Grumman’s internal foundry capabilities.

We are looking for a circuit designer responsible for the development of innovative, leading-edge RF products. This will involve designing products using a mix of III-V technologies. The position will use design tools such as Keysight ADS and EM simulators such as Momentum and HFSS. The designer must have good communication and presentation skills.
