Role overview:

We are seeking a data-driven and Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team to empower our revenue functions with the insights needed to drive strategic decisions and accelerate growth.

This is a unique opportunity to own the data and analytics landscape within a forward-thinking B2B SaaS company. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales and revenue operations, providing the crucial intelligence that fuels our demand generation and commercial efforts. The right candidate will not only be an expert in data extraction, data manipulation and data visualization but also a partner for Marketing and Sales Leaders with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire marketing data lifecycle, from data integrity and reporting to deep-dive analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports for all marketing functions (Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Growth Marketing, ).
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all marketing analytics platforms.
  • Serve data across the different teams in multiple formats (e.g., dashboard, reporting, funnel visualization).
  • Develop and maintain a central repository of marketing reports and performance metrics.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior, campaign performance, and the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth within our marketing funnel.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions from the marketing leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with the revenue operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration between our marketing platforms and the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Utilize direct API queries and other methods to extract and blend data from various sources


Ideal requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as Marketing Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Business Intelligence with a strong exposure to marketing channels, ideally in E-commerce, FinTech, or SaaS / PaaS industry.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing core metrics and their impacts.
  • Excellent knowledge of funnel modelization and customer intelligence analysis (ie. Segmentation, Cohort, Predictive analysis).
  • Strong understanding of SQL, Python, R or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel / Spreadsheet, data visualization platforms (Metabase or similar), ETL solutions (SuperMetrics) and Data warehouse (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
  • Major in Computer Sciences, Economics, Statistics and / or Mathematics.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills capacity.
