Job Description
If you've led audits for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS and can instantly identify gaps in a security response, this role will let you channel that expertise into a scalable, AI-powered compliance system. You'll move beyond manual execution to architect intelligent systems that handle the repetitive work while you focus on strategic decisions.
IgniteTech is developing the first compliance engine designed for enterprise software with AI at its core. This is a dynamic platform where generative AI produces audit-ready documentation, recommends risk mitigation strategies, and resolves most customer security inquiries autonomously. Your responsibility is to manage the critical exceptions. You'll refine the system, guide its learning, and intervene when expert judgment is essential. We're not replacing human expertise with automation—we're amplifying one expert to deliver the output of ten.
This role is not a traditional compliance analyst position rebranded. You won't spend time tracking down approvals or reformatting documentation. Instead, you'll oversee the reliability of an autonomous compliance platform, identify where AI performance falls short, validate outputs against auditor standards, and engage directly when client confidence depends on it. System improvements will stem from your corrections, your logic, and your continuous refinement.
You'll collaborate closely with AI engineering teams, compliance strategists, and product operations leadership, positioned at the convergence of security knowledge and generative AI advancement. If you understand when to rely on automation, when to challenge it, and when to expand its capabilities, submit your application now!
