This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and cloud solutions while delivering top-tier customer support. As a Finnish-speaking representative, you will assist clients in navigating their cloud service inquiries, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding cloud services, products, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in Finnish
  • Provide detailed information on service features, pricing, and technical specifications
  • Assist customers with account-related inquiries, subscription management, and technical support
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues and improve customer experience
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in cloud technology to provide informed support to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
