Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer focused on static design and visual consistency to support our marketing and communications team.
This role is not animation-heavy. The primary responsibility is to design on-brand static collateral and ensure visual uniformity across digital and print media.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and alongside a dedicated Motion Designer, functioning as part of a collaborative creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality static visuals for social media, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure visual consistency across all mediums, including digital, print, and presentation formats.
- Apply strong photo editing skills for industrial imagery, project visuals, and marketing use cases.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct layouts, margins, color modes, and export standards.
- Design simple animated assets when required, such as GIFs or lightweight transitions.
- Support AI-assisted image generation workflows, including maintaining character and visual consistency.
- Translate brand guidelines into repeatable, scalable visual assets.
- Collaborate with the Motion Designer to ensure static and animated assets feel unified.
- Respond to feedback with accuracy and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio demonstrating strong static design work
- Excellent photo editing and retouching skills
- Solid understanding of basic print design standards and file preparation
- Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
- Ability to design cohesive, on-brand collateral across multiple formats
- Intermediate familiarity with AI image generation tools and workflows, including character consistency
- Comfort working within established brand systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
- Ability to collaborate as part of a creative team rather than operating in isolation
Tools & Skills
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required
- Familiarity with InDesign or equivalent layout tools preferred
- Basic animation or GIF creation skills
- Experience with AI image generation tools is a strong plus
- Organized file management and version control discipline
Working Style & Expectations
