We are recruiting for a fast-growing AI product company that are building grade AI platforms.

They operate as a product-led organisation with a strong advisory and forward-deployed capability, allowing us to work closely with customers on complex AI implementations.

Due to growth, they are expanding - and with that, are looking to hire a Staff Product Manager with a data background to work on their core platform 🚀.

📍 UAE-based - Must relocate to the UAE - Relocation provided if needed

💰 38,000 AED - 45,000 AED + Benefits ( Bonus, Education, Family support, and more!)

📣 AI Product and ML experience

Their core platform is a customisable enterprise AI solution designed to improve knowledge-worker productivity. This role owns product data, analytics, experimentation, and ML evaluation, and you will define the data and evaluation strategy that drives product decisions, model quality, safety, and commercial outcomes.

You will own the end-to-end product data stack across multiple squads and design and own mL evaluation loops.

For this position, we are looking for;

• 8+ years in product roles with a strong data, or ML background.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experimentation statistics
• Hands-on experience working with ML-powered products, including evaluation and monitoring.

This is an IC position, so there will be no direct management involved.
