What You’ll Be Crafting

  • Utilize AI tools to support content creation, research, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Create and optimize content in English and Chinese with strong attention to customer psychology.
  • Apply the 3-second rule and other behavioral principles to capture audience attention effectively.
  • Analyze audience behavior and refine messaging for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Support internal teams by implementing AI-driven solutions in daily operations.
  • Test, iterate, and improve AI-generated outputs to align with audience needs.
  • Stay updated with AI tools, trends, and customer behavior insights.


Your Superpowers

  • Strong command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Strong experience in understanding customer psychology, including attention triggers such as the 3-second rule.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (experience with Nano Banana is preferred).
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines.
  • Background in content strategy, marketing, growth, or digital media.
  • Experience applying behavioral or consumer psychology in real projects.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.
  • Creative, data-driven, and user-centric mindset.
